How to settle it

Pizza is a topping decision more than a style decision. Spin once for the pizza, and if the table splits, order two halves.

The wheel holds 10 dishes, so each has a one-in-10 chance on a fresh wheel. As you mark dishes as eaten they come off for seven days, and the odds of the rest go up.
