What you pick here

The cities, dates and working hours you pick are used in your browser to draw the planner. They are not sent anywhere. If you press Save list, the list is stored in your browser only (local storage) and comes back when you reopen the planner; you can delete it with the × next to it or by clearing your browser data. If you press Copy link, the cities and date are placed in the address you copy — nothing is sent until you share it.

What is never asked for

No account, no sign-in, no email address, no calendar access and no location lookup. Your own time zone is read from your browser only to suggest today's date.

Advertising

This site shows advertising supplied by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. No advertising is placed inside the planner itself.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people reach. It sets its own cookies in your browser and sends Google your truncated IP address, the page address, and your browser and device type. Nothing you type into the tools is sent to it, and it is not used to identify you.

Under the GDPR the legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful; under the CCPA this is not a sale of personal information. You can refuse it by blocking cookies for this site, with a tracking-protection extension, or with Google's own opt-out add-on. Blocking it changes nothing about how the tools work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the CCPA you have rights over personal data held about you. This site keeps no personal data on a server, so there is nothing here to export or delete; the saved lists live only in your own browser.
