The foods and the basis you choose are used in your browser to draw the comparison. They are not sent to us. If you press Save, the comparison is stored in your browser's local storage on this device only (up to eight), and you can clear it in your browser settings. If you press Copy link, the foods and basis are written into the link you copy; nothing leaves your device until you share that link yourself.

What is never asked for

No account, no sign-in, no email address, no health information, no body measurements and no location.

Advertising

This site shows advertising supplied by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. No advertising is placed inside the comparison itself.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people reach. It sets its own cookies in your browser and sends Google your truncated IP address, the page address, and your browser and device type. Nothing you type into the tools is sent to it, and it is not used to identify you.

Under the GDPR the legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful; under the CCPA this is not a sale of personal information. You can refuse it by blocking cookies for this site, with a tracking-protection extension, or with Google's own opt-out add-on. Blocking it changes nothing about how the tools work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the CCPA you have rights over personal data held about you. This site keeps no account or profile data of its own; what you save stays in your browser, where you can delete it.
